Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because every Adiva piece is made to order, here’s exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
📦 Every item is 3D-printed to order in Pune once you place it — there’s no warehouse shelf it comes off. That shapes the policy below.
Cancellations
- You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn’t started.
- Once a piece has gone into printing (or for custom/personalised orders, once we’ve begun crafting it), it can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 93566 27086 with your order number.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Your happiness matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Returns
- As items are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.
- Custom and personalised pieces can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- For COD orders, we’ll collect your UPI or bank details to process the refund.
