📦 Every piece is made to order on our 3D printers in Pune — so each item is freshly crafted just for you.
Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹399. Below that, a flat ₹59 applies.
- Dispatch: ready styles ship within 2–4 working days. Custom & personalised pieces take a little longer (we’ll confirm the timeline on WhatsApp).
- Delivery: across India via trusted courier partners, with tracking shared once dispatched.
Returns & Replacements
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. But your happiness matters — so:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
- Custom/personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty.
